Southeast Global SkillVarsity (SGSV) offers a streamlined, transparent, and student-friendly admission process designed to help aspiring learners apply and secure admission to their desired programs with ease. Our admission system focuses on identifying motivated individuals committed to academic excellence, skill development, and professional growth.

Admission Procedure

1. Obtain the Admission Form

• Online Application: Visit the official SGSV website and navigate to the Admissions section to access and complete the online admission form.
• Admission Office: Applicants may also visit the SGSV Admission Office to obtain guidance regarding the admission process, where applicable.

2. Single Admission Form for All Programs

SGSV utilizes a unified admission form for all Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma, Certificate, and Skill-Based Programs, ensuring a simplified and convenient application experience.

3. Complete the Admission Form

Applicants must carefully fill in all required personal, academic, and contact information. Ensure that all details provided are accurate and supported by valid documentation.

4. Upload or Submit Required Documents

Applicants must submit the necessary supporting documents along with the completed application form, which may include:

• Academic mark sheets and certificates
• Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or other valid ID)
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Transfer Certificate (TC) or Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate or other supporting documents (if applicable)
• Any additional documents specified by SGSV for a particular program

5. Application Fee Payment

Applicants are required to pay the prescribed application fee during the submission process. The fee covers administrative and application processing charges.

6. Submission of Application

The completed application form, along with all required documents and fee payment confirmation, must be submitted through one of the following methods:

• Online via the SGSV Admission Portal, or
• Directly through the SGSV Admission Office, where applicable.

7. Application Review and Verification

10. Student Orientation Program

All newly admitted students are encouraged to participate in the SGSV Orientation Program. The orientation provides valuable information regarding academic regulations, skill-based learning methodologies, student services, campus resources, and career development opportunities.

11. Visa and Immigration Requirements (For International Students)
