Message from the Controller of Examinations (COE)

At Southeast Global SkillVarsity (SGSV), the examination and assessment framework is designed in alignment with internationally accepted academic practices and outcome-based education principles. As the Controller of Examinations, I ensure that all evaluation processes are structured, transparent, and consistently implemented across programs.

SGSV follows a systematic assessment approach that integrates continuous evaluation, summative assessments, practical competencies, and clearly defined learning outcomes. This framework supports academic comparability, consistency in evaluation, and clarity in learner performance measurement, in line with global higher education expectations.

All examinations are conducted under established academic regulations, standardized assessment criteria, and documented grading systems. These processes are periodically reviewed to maintain academic rigor, fairness, and reliability.

We place strong emphasis on accuracy, authenticity, and timely issuance of examination records, including result statements and academic transcripts. Technology-enabled examination systems further strengthen transparency and security.
